Let's Talk About Books- Influencer by Abhaidev

 

Influencer by Abhaidev is fictional book set in the fictional country of Scenika. 

Shreya and Aditya Gupta are a happily married couple. But one day their lives are upended when Shreya finds a hidden folder on their PC created by Aditya. The folder contains videos made by Aditya, where he talks about a life he leads secretly.

Aditya is a loving husband at home, professionally he is a secretary to the PM- but in reality he's a Influencer. Yeah, not the Instagram and Tik Tok kind. He can influence people's decisions with his mind. And he's not the only one. There's a whole organization- WIS (World Influencer's Society) - and they offer their services on contract basis.

Like the Fight Club, the first rule of WIS is that you do not talk about WIS. The identity of the agents is supposed to be a secret from their families as well.

When the WIS find out that Shreya knows, and that there may be videos about them- they leave no stone unturned in trying to "eliminate" Aditya and Shreya.

Over all, it's an action packed book that you can't put down once you get to the juicy bits. Absolutely love the characters, and the plot.
